Directions For Use:

For use in mechanical cage washers:

 

Dilute PFM-1  1/2 to 1 ounces per gallon of water for removal of heavy proteinaceaus soils

 

Dilute PFM-1  1/2 ounce per gallon of wash water for light to moderate soils.

 

For best results, consult your Pharmacal representative for technical assistance in determining the proper concentration for your facility.

PFM-1 is an environmentally friendly phosphate-free neutral pH detergent designed for cleaning light to moderate soils from surfaces in automatic mechanical washers. PFM-1 offers a compatible dual chelating system and non-ionic surfactant chemistry to remove soils from labware, plastics and stainless steel. PFM-1 controls hard water precipitation, soil recontamination, is non-foaming and free rinsing. This compound is stable in wash temperatures in excess of 180o F and will not break down under these conditions.
